Bidding Process

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and dropped off at the Main Office by the scheduled deadline.
Each bid must include a $500.00 deposit check.
Deposit checks will not be cashed UNLESS you are the winning bidder.

Upon acceptance of a winning bid, prorated dues and closing costs will apply.
Bids submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
All sales are final and sites are sold as is.
As a reminder construction debris is not allowed in RBC Dumpsters and any debris removal is at the owner’s expense.
