Bidding Process

Starting Bid: $6,000.00
Deposit: $500.00 (refundable, if bid not accepted)
Bid Deadline: August 31, 2025 @ 12:00pm EST
Winner Announced: August 31, 2025 @ 12:30 pm EST

Bidding Process

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and dropped off at the Main Office.
Each must include a $500.00 deposit check.
Deposit checks will not be cashed UNLESS you are the winning bidder.

Important Notes

Upon acceptance of a winning bid, prorated dues and closing costs will apply.
Bids submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Campsite & Trailer

There are currently no sites with trailers available through the Association.
